Restricted Countries & End Users

The U.S. Department of Treasury (OFAC), Commerce (BIS), and State Department maintain lists of embargoed destinations and restricted individuals. GBN does not ship directly or indirectly to:

OFAC-sanctioned countries
Denied/blocked parties listed by U.S. agencies
Unauthorized military end-users without proper authorization

Customers agree that purchased goods will not be exported, transferred or resold to restricted locations or prohibited end-users.

Customer Responsibilities

Buyers, resellers, forwarders and brokers must:

Comply with destination-country import regulations
Declare correct end-use and consignee information when requested
Not re-export goods to prohibited destinations
Provide documentation if shipments require export licensing

Export Documentation

For international shipments, GBN provides commercial invoices, packing lists, and serial documentation where applicable. Where export licensing or certificates are required, additional time or compliance processing may apply.

Diversion Controls

Any diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. Goods may not be resold for military, nuclear, missile, surveillance, or prohibited technology applications without proper authorization.

Verification & Due Diligence

GBN reserves the right to request consignee information, business details, compliance certifications, or refuse orders where export risk exists.

Non-Compliance Consequences

Failure to observe export rules may lead to shipment cancellation, withholding of product release, reporting to authorities, account suspension, or denial of trading privileges.
