Returns require prior approval and RMA authorization. Items must be returned in original condition within 7–14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated. Special-order, software, custom-configured or non-cancelable items are not returnable.
Warranty varies based on product grade:
Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, electrical damage, firmware updates, or compatibility issues arising from third-party equipment.
Defective items verified under warranty may be repaired, replaced or credited at GBN’s discretion. Warranty does not cover incidental or operational losses.
Return freight is normally buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise. International customers must handle customs clearances or duties on returned goods.
