Terms & Conditions

General

These Terms & Conditions govern all quotations, orders, invoices and sales between GBN Trade LLC (“GBN”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer (“buyer”, “client”). By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to availability and may change without prior notice due to market conditions. GBN reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders based on pricing errors.

Payment Terms

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment unless credit terms are approved. Late payments may incur interest charges. Ownership does not transfer until payment is received in full.

Product Condition

Equipment supplied may be new, refurbished, unused pull, renewed, or equivalent grade as specified in quotations or invoices. Functional equivalency is warranted where brand-new units are unavailable.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders are binding once confirmed. Cancellation may require restocking or handling fees, especially for special-order or non-cancelable items.

Liability Limitations

GBN is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or production losses arising from use or failure of supplied hardware. The buyer agrees that liability is limited to repair, replacement or credit value of supplied goods.

Compliance & Export

Customer agrees to comply with applicable U.S. export regulations. Goods may not be re-sold or re-exported to restricted regions without proper authorization.

Governing Law

Transactions are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA unless otherwise agreed.
