How do I request a quote?

You may submit your requirements via our RFQ page, email us at sales@gbntrade.com, or chat with us on WhatsApp. For BOM-based sourcing, you may attach your spreadsheet or list.

How long do quotations take?

Most quotations are returned within the same business day. Large or rare-item sourcing requests may take additional time.

Can I place orders without an account?

Yes — most transactions are completed via PO, invoice or RFQ approval without requiring registration.


Product Information

Do you sell new or refurbished items?

We offer new, refurbished, unused pull, and equivalent grade items depending on availability. The condition is always stated in our quotation or invoice.

Can you source end-of-life (EOL) or scarce parts?

Yes — our supply network specializes in lifecycle, hard-to-find and EOL components for datacenter, industrial, and embedded systems.

Do you provide product images?

Yes — product images are provided where available and may be representative stock images for reference.


Shipping & Delivery

Which carriers do you use?

We ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS and freight forwarders depending on region and urgency.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide and support export documentation requirements.

Who pays customs duties and taxes?

Customs/VAT and local import charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise negotiated.


Returns & Warranty

What warranty applies?

Warranty depends on product grade. Manufacturer warranty applies for retail items. Limited GBN warranty applies for refurbished or renewed units unless specified otherwise.

How do I initiate a return?

Please contact us for an RMA authorization. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Are special-order items returnable?

No — non-cancelable special-order and software items are excluded unless defective.


Payments & Terms

What payment options do you accept?

We accept wire transfers, bank deposits, company checks (for approved customers), PayPal, and card payments where enabled.

Do you offer credit terms?

Yes — subject to approval and business history.


Business & Compliance

Do you provide export documents?

Yes — commercial invoices, packing lists, serial documentation, MSO/COO declarations, and compliance statements where applicable.

Can you support large tenders or project BOM sourcing?

Absolutely — we regularly support system integrators, MSPs, OEMs and government projects.
