Order Processing

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment unless credit terms are established. Most items ship within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise or special sourcing applies.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS or LTL carriers. Expedited options are available upon request.

International Shipping

International shipments are sent via DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, or freight forwarders. Customs duties, VAT, taxes, clearances or brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Loss & Damage Claims

Claims for loss or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain packaging for inspection.

Special-Order & Export Freight

Export shipments requiring permits, compliance filings or special packing may incur additional charges.

Shipping Delays

GBN is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, customs clearance, weather events, or force majeure.
